Fentanyl Seizures Tripled Nationwide in July, Enough to Kill 469 Million People

The amount of fentanyl seized nationwide tripled in July to 203 percent compared to the month of June, according U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) data.

More tangibly, law enforcement seized 2,071 pounds of fentanyl last month compared to 680 pounds in June. July’s amount is “equivalent to 469 million lethal doses,” reported FAIR, which is based on government data.

“This is only the fentanyl that is being seized as the vast majority is getting through undetected according to the DEA,” said Sen. Rob Portman (R-OH), a ranking member of the Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee. [ READ MORE ]

EXCLUSIVE: Overwhelmed Texas Border Town Funeral Home Refuses Dead Migrants

EAGLE PASS, Texas — A funeral home director closed the doors of his facility to migrants who died while or after illegally crossing the border. The director said his facility is beyond its capacity to deal with the influx of deaths in Maverick County. A U.S. Customs and Border Protection source told Breitbart Texas that the director of Memorial Funeral Home reported his facility is beyond capacity and can no longer accept remains of migrants found in the Rio Grande or on nearby ranches.

On Thursday morning, the funeral home carried out a mass burial of at least ten deceased migrants. The bodies were reportedly unidentified at the time.

Identity documents may be found at a recovery location but cannot be trusted as a sole source. Border Patrol trains agents who specialize in macro photography to gather fingerprints when available. Databases are searched domestically and abroad. When remains are badly decomposed, the Missing Migrant Team searches missing person reports and assists local coroners in obtaining DNA from relatives.

Fentanyl, Gun, Migrants Found in Smuggling Vehicles in Arizona near Border

Tucson Sector Border Patrol agents disrupted multiple human smuggling incidents over the past few days. In addition to arresting migrants and their human smugglers, agents also recovered fentanyl and a loaded pistol.

Joe Biden’s 2022 Migrant Flood Breaks Records

Another 199,976 economic migrants arrived at the southern border in July, ensuring President Joe Biden’s 2022 migration exceeds the total 2021 numbers, even though August and September numbers have yet to be added.

The government tracks the migrant arrival and inflow data by its “Fiscal Year” calendar, which starts October 1 and ends September 30. The total 2022 number will be known once the August and September numbers are counted.

In all 12 months of fiscal 2021, officials counted 1,734,686 migrants at the border and allowed 671,160 into the United States via various border-law loopholes.

But in the first 10 months of fiscal 2022, border officials have counted 1,946,780 migrants at the border and allowed 1,012,378 economic migrants to seek homes and jobs throughout the United States.

This July, Biden’s deputies admitted 125,403 of the 199,976 arriving migrants. The 2022 admission numbers show a 50 percent jump over 2021, with two months to go. The numbers are flawed. For example, the numbers counted at the border are inflated when rejected migrants repeatedly try to sneak across the border. Mexican Cartel Smugglers Spray Dangerous Chemicals on Migrants to Trick K9 Officers

Cartel-connected human smugglers are using increasingly dangerous and possibly deadly tactics to avoid detection by sniffer dogs. Two approaches involve the use of chemicals and foam sealants to hide human smells in vehicle compartments.

In a recent attempt, U.S. Border Patrol agents in South Texas found migrants fully covered in lime and other cleaning products. The tactic failed. Victims and witnesses of crime don’t want the offender back in their communities to seek revenge. Biden Puts IRS Funding Ahead of Military and Border Security

Even mayors of sanctuary cities are starting to complain

Everyone should be deeply troubled by the recent report that the Army is on pace to miss its recruiting goal by dozens of thousands of troops and by the report that followed a few days later, alleging that the Border Patrol is running short of agents in Arizona and Texas. The border is so porous these days that even mayors of sanctuary cities are starting to complain about illegal immigration.

So, what is Congress doing about these crises? They are going to spend tens of billions of dollars to increase the number of ... IRS employees. The plan calls for spending some $80 billion to hire some 80,000 new agents and investigators. This will give the IRS the resources to double the number of people who get audited every year.

Is this about the most warped set of national priorities you've ever heard? If this $80 billion were rerouted to the Army and the Border Patrol, we could easily stop much of the tide of illegal immigration and staff up our military so we have the soldiers we need to defend our country.

of coming to U.S.

The mother and her son were joined by another family that left Venezuela on May 17, when they set out for a dangerous trek through south and Central America.

“The way here is very dangerous, in the jungle you see a lot of dead people, people who drowned, children, other than that, on the train they already stole from us several times. Whistleblower: Nearly 400 Afghans Listed as ‘Potential Threats’ Resettled Across U.S. by Biden’s Agencies

President Joe Biden’s federal agencies knowingly resettled almost 400 Afghans listed as “potential threats to national security” across the United States over the last year,
a whistleblower alleges.

Following the U.S. Armed Forces’ withdrawal from Afghanistan in August 2021, Biden opened a refugee and parole pipeline for tens of thousands of Afghans to be flown quickly into American communities without being screened or interviewed in person beforehand.

With the help of Republicans and Democrats in Congress, Biden has resettled more than 85,000 Afghans across 46 states since mid-August 2021 and plans to continue resettling tens of thousands of Afghans this year.

Now a whistleblower has come forward to allege that Biden’s agencies not only admitted to the U.S. hundreds of Afghans they knew were listed in federal “watch list” databases as national security threats, but also urged staff to cut corners in the vetting process.

U.S. opioid crisis to spur ‘mass death’ as pain pills mixed with other drugs,
study warns

Northwestern University scientists say deaths rising from polydrug abuse, when synthetic opioids are mixed with stimulants such as cocaine and methamphetamines.

Researchers are warning that the United States is facing its most significant spike in opioid deaths as patients increasingly mix synthetic pain pills with stimulants such as cocaine and methamphetamines.

In a peer-reviewed study in JAMA Network Open, researchers at Northwestern University described the dark consequences of the phenomenon known as polydrug abuse.

“I’m sounding the alarm because, for the first time, there is a convergence and escalation of acceleration rates for every type of rural and urban county,” study author Lori Post said Thursday. “Not only is the death rate from an opioid at an all-time high, but the acceleration of that death rate signals explosive exponential growth that is even larger than an already historic high.”

The study said the United States has seen three overlapping major waves of opioid overdose deaths: in 2000, 2007 and 2013, the last fueled by the rise of fetanyl. [ READ MORE ]

When Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas recently claimed that America's southern border is "secure," columnist Jarrett Stepman wrote at The Daily Signal Mayorkas has been claiming that, "with scant evidence," since he took office.

Actually, he described how there's been a "historic surge of illegal immigration across the southern border" since Joe Biden was elected. "It’s been decades since we’ve seen anything like it," Stepman said, citing U.S. Customs and Border Protection reports of 1.7 million border encounters in 2021.

Fox News reportedly shortly after Mayorkas' claim that Texas Department of Public Safety Sgt. Marc Couch contradicted him.
