EDUCATION:
The County Sheriff is a Constitutional Officer and is the “Chief Executive and Administrative Officer” of a county. He or she (yes, there are only two) is elected by the People and bound by oath as the guardian of the Peoples’ unalienable rights secured by both the U.S. Constitution and the constitution of the state in which the county resides.The Sheriff's principal duties are to aid in the criminal and civil courts of record [common law courts]; such as serving process, summoning juries, executing judgments, holding judicial sales and the like; and that he/she is also the chief conservator of the peace within the county.
County sheriffs are not to be looking for code violations by the People but for constitutional violations by elected, appointed and hired public servants.
When federal agents come into a sheriff's county to execute a warrant, they are legally bound to notify the sheriff first, and to show documents proving that due process has been met, and that without such documents it is the sheriff's duty to prevent the execution of such warrants. It is the duty of the sheriff to arrest any federal agents that execute unlawful warrants that violate the Constitution and due process rights of the People.
